Hello you amazing, sexy thing. How’s it going? I’m really happy and excited about life right now, and there’s a lot of things contributing like morning rituals, things being really great with Joe, being healthier, making more content, and connecting more deeply with people I think are amazing, but it’s generally just really wonderful, and I hope to bring some of that sparkle to you with more posts, live videos, photos, and fun and inspiring content. I’m really inspired by lots of people around me getting in the flow and in the zone, and I’m not even purposefully trying to follow suit, it seems to just be happening. So here’s to more satisfied days!
Speaking of amazing people, if you’re not subscribed to my newsletter, you might not know that I’m part of an amazing Self-Care Summit and this Friday my talk is happening at noon! Click here to get your ticket in! There’s SO many amazing people talking, and it’s an incredible opportunity to hear unique perspectives and advice in SO many areas of life. Woohoo!
PS – It’s my amazing photographer’s/best friend’s birthday today! Head over to Maura’s Instagram and wish her a wonderful day!
Here’s what I’ve been into lately…

[Extra Sparkle] * Sleeping in / naps when I need them to recharge * How quickly my hair blow drys * When my dad sends me pictures of Bug right after he eats and is super lethargic * Joe going through a phase where he would tell me a bad “dad joke”/pun every time he entered or exited a room * Wearing my festive ring made out of teeny tiny rainbow jingly bells * Seeing so many people tapping into their creativity lately * Finally unpacking bags I let sit around for too long * Being able to help a friend jump start his car and get it to the mechanic * Audio messages to amazing humans (seriously, have you downloaded Voxer yet?) * People asking if I’m a sponsor/affiliate for brands when I’m not and I’m just really passionate about what they create * Baristas being really excited about my Scarf Abandonment Project and wanting to get involved and donate * Packages that were delayed because of the snow getting there the last minute they possibly could * Maura and Alan ordering pizza to my house, leaving, and then Cristen and Charlotte coming over and ordering pizza to my house (I hope I become known as the pizza delivery place in the neighborhood) * Naming a local fat squirrel Jack, with Joe’s help, who steals and eats our pumpkins * Making plans to walk every Wednesday morning with my dad * Watching a brand new candle wick burn down to the wax * An epilator tool that’s way better than waxing or shaving * New affirmation cards specifically related to abundance * Cultivating a new morning ritual/practice
