Hey! Happy Wednesday! I feel invigorated by the new year. I got a new Happy Journal, and I’ve taken on a different format. I’m doing a collage on every other page, or at least pasting something in instead of doing just words and lists. I’m really enjoying it so far, it feels like a huge difference in terms of aesthetics and my desire to come to the journal to spill my guts.

I’m going to start sharing a snap shot of my new Happy Journal every week in my Happiness posts so you can take a looksie.
