The reason you haven’t seen much on the blog about my mailings is because I haven’t been documenting anything! I completely fail in this area, and I’m sorry. You guys have sent me so many lovely things, and I’m so grateful! They deserve to be photographed. I honestly just got overwhelmed with the volume and concentrated on responding instead of taking pictures.

Something I did photograph was the contents of Cara’s Happy August envelope. So much purple! Bug promptly rolled around on top of the confetti for about twenty minutes. We have a lot in common.

I really love the message she wrote me on hearts. I don’t know that it’s true, but I still love it.

The Simpsons marathon on FXX is making a lot of people happy, and I can’t partake in festivities because I only have basic cable. (Why can’t it be on regular FX?!) I decided to celebrate by writing messages on twenty Simpsons postcards! Keep an eye out, world. Some yellow characters from Springfield might land in your mailbox soon.

Also all the butt paint postcards have been sent on their way. I really had fun making those, and I hope you enjoy owning something my butt touched. (I know you do.)
