Last month, I decided to take a chance on doing a disposable camera installation while I was on vacation in New York. I’m so glad I did! On the first try the camera got full of pictures of strangers and no one stole it! Perfection. Thanks to Brooklyn for being so understanding of the art scene and the generally strange + unusual!
Here are the rest of the photos in a slideshow:

My favorite is the shoes are boring wear sneakers with the two girls standing with their backs to the camera!
In an age full of selfies these girls chose to do the anti-selfie and the image and lighting are amazing. It’s great!
I completely agree, actually. That picture seems really magical to me. Thanks for commenting, Andi!
Ahhh what camera did you use?! The purpleness of the film is so wonderful! All the shots are my favorite. ♥
Just a Kodak 24 exposure disposable that you can get at department and drug stores. 🙂 A *lot* of people didn’t use flash so I have a bunch of prints with this very hazy and beautiful purpleish-green background.
Oh, it’s so pretty! I usually get Fujifilm, I’ll have to try Kodak.
