#35 on my 100 Ways To Be Creative list is to mail an object not in an envelope or package.. as is. I’ve done this with a lot of things before, like books and tins. The other week, I sent Jaclyn a water bottle full of confetti and Scrabble tiles. You can see it in the last picture of this Mail post.
I wanted to do something new for my 100 Ways goal, so I used letters from a create your own banner kit to spell out “Katie”, for Color Me Katie. She’s such a huge inspiration to me, so I wanted to send her something fun. I connected the letters with packing tape and used blue tape for the back. The postal worker was worried it wasn’t sturdy enough to go through the mail, but we’ll see, I guess!
