Today I’d like to share what I did for the second day of my Fun A Day project. This involved taking a (very large) hat that I knitted and putting it on a statue.
This statue is on the Johns Hopkins campus on Charles Street. I had to climb up the ledge to get it on him. It was actually slightly too small, which was fine, because I thought it was going to be too big — I’d rather it be snug! I’ve only done one other yarnbombing involving a statue, which was a scarf that you can see here.
