This month’s Get Messy prompt is about gratitude. What am I grateful for?
I thought about it, and my answer is vast. I’m grateful for thousands of things. For easy access to craft supplies. For open mouth kisses. For being alive. But today I’m grateful for my ability to be grateful. I’m grateful for having a positive disposition.
My pages are simple. I took the alphabet and thought of a positive word for each letter. It doesn’t get more basic than that.
But I’m happy with it. I’m happy with my life. I’m happy that I have the opportunity to make other people happy and recognize happiness. Thank you all for being a part of it.

I LOVE your take on this prompt! Your positive outlook is such a beautiful trait, and this page represents that so perfectly! Xx
Thanks! That’s so sweet! I’m really glad you like it.
Love this one particularly Mary. Being able to recognize happiness. After you said this I thought about those who don’t/can’t (or even won’t) do that. Some days you gotta turn over a lot of rocks to find the happiness but it’s kinda like mining for Gold isn’t it! And then WOO-HOO!
Aw thank you, Angie! And good point about “won’t”. I think we hide behind “don’t” and “can’t” a lot, when the truth is we’re more just refusing to participate, etc. Good call on capitalizing Gold, too. <3
Lordy, this is beautiful. It looks like something out of a modern-day fairytale!
What an amazing compliment! Thank you!
I think this is a spectacular idea
Thank you!
