Also included are some essential storage guidelines to ensure your collection remains flavorful and safe. So whether you’re an absolute beginner or a long-time expert in vaping culture – dive into these e-liquid insights with us today!

6 Tips For Beginners To Use E-Juice

1. Choose the right nicotine level for your e-juice

When it comes to e-juice, choosing the right nicotine level can make all the difference. For beginners, starting with a level matching your smoking habits is essential. If you’re a heavy smoker, you may start with a higher level, but a lower level may suffice if you only smoke occasionally.

It’s also important to consider your taste preferences, as higher nicotine levels can be harsher on the throat and alter the flavor of the e-juice. Choosing the right nicotine level for your e-juice can ensure a more enjoyable vaping experience.

2. Store your e-juice in a cool and dark place to preserve its flavor

For those new to the world of vaping and e-juice, preserving the flavor of your e-juice is important to ensuring an enjoyable vaping experience. Storing your e-juice in a cool and dark place is vital to maintaining its quality and preventing it from expiring too quickly.

This means avoiding sunny windowsills, refrigerators, and other warm areas that can cause the e-juice to degrade. It’s also essential to keep the e-juice away from light, which can cause it to break down and lose flavor. By following these simple tips, beginners can be sure their e-juice lasts long and tastes great.

3. Experiment with different flavors to find your favorites

If you are a newcomer to the world of e-juice, experimenting with different flavors is a must. With a wide range of options available, it can be overwhelming to choose from. However, trying out various flavors will allow you to find the ones you love the most.

You might be surprised at what flavors appeal to your taste buds. Some people enjoy fruity flavors, while others prefer dessert-like tastes like vanilla or caramel. Some people even like a mix of both. Don’t be afraid to explore different flavors to find what best suits you. After all, vaping is all about personal preference and enjoying an experience unique to you.

4. Keep your vaping device clean to ensure optimal performance

As a beginner to using e-juice, keeping your vaping device clean is essential to ensure optimal performance. Regular cleaning can help prevent the buildup of residue and potential malfunctions.

Start by disassembling your device and wiping any accessible surfaces with a clean cloth or paper towel. Any removable parts, such as the tank or mouthpiece, can be soaked in warm water and mild soap for a more thorough cleaning.

Be sure to dry all components completely before reassembling. It is recommended to clean your device at least once a week or more frequently if you notice any changes in flavor or vapor production. With proper maintenance, your vaping device can provide a satisfying experience for a longer lifespan.

5. Don’t exceed your device’s wattage limits to prevent damage

When starting with e-juice, it can be tempting to experiment with different wattage settings on your device to find the perfect flavor. However, paying attention to your device’s wattage limits is essential to prevent potential damage.

Exceeding these limits can lead to burnt coils, reduced battery life, and even more serious issues like explosion or fire. Before adjusting your wattage, check your device’s manual or consult a knowledgeable vape shop employee to ensure that you are within safe limits. By following these guidelines and using your device responsibly, you can enjoy the full benefits of vaping without risking harm.

6. Always use high-quality e-juice from reputable brands

When using e-juice, it’s essential to prioritize quality over quantity. Whether you’re a seasoned vaper or dipping your toes into e-cigarettes for the first time, choosing the right e-juice can make or break your experience. While you may be tempted to opt for cheaper, unbranded options, it’s crucial to remember that quality should always come first.

Reputable brands offer e-juice designed to deliver a smooth and satisfying hit, providing a flavor profile designed to enhance your vaping experience. So, to get the most out of your e-cigarette, always opt for high-quality e-juice from reputable brands.

Storage Guidelines For E-Juice For Beginners

As a beginner in vaping, storing e-juice may not be at the top of your priority list. However, properly storing your e-juice can impact the lifespan and quality of your vaping experience. The first thing you should remember is to keep your e-juice away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

When exposed to heat and light, e-juice can oxidize and lose its flavor. It is best to store e-juice in a cool, dark place like a drawer or cupboard. Also, keep your e-juice bottles tightly sealed to prevent exposure to oxygen. By following these simple storage guidelines, you can ensure that your e-juice remains fresh and tasty for longer.

Bottom Line

E-juice is an easy and convenient way to enjoy delicious flavors without worrying about ventilation, mess, or toxins. Experimenting with different e-juice flavors can be an exciting and tasty experience with endless possibilities. Be sure to store your e-juice in a cool, dark place away from children and animals. Plus, checking the ingredient’s label for potential allergens that should be avoided is always essential. With all these tips, anyone can safely enjoy experimenting with the wide range of delicious e-juice flavors available. Thanks to its growing popularity, there’s no shortage of ways to get creative and enjoy the joys of vaping while staying safe and informed.

In Columbia, Maryland, there’s a former grocery store that has been transformed into a department store for mythical creatures, time travelers, and intergalactic tourists.

It’s called DoodleHATCH.

You can groom a unicorn, visit an intergalactic space station, climb onto a giant’s bed, meet guinea pigs, explore an artist’s studio, and discover approximately a million other things that somebody actually sat down and made.

It’s a nonprofit interactive art museum, a community project, an educational resource, and one of my favorite places I’ve ever discovered.

And it could be demolished as part of a proposed redevelopment of the Long Reach Village Center.

But there’s still an opportunity to help.

You don’t need to donate money. You don’t need to live in Maryland. And you don’t need to know anything about zoning laws.

You can start by writing an email.

🚨 Here's what's happening

Developer Columbia Concepts has proposed redeveloping the Long Reach Village Center in Columbia, Maryland.

The proposal would replace existing buildings with new housing, recreational facilities, and other development.

Unfortunately, that puts a whole collection of existing community resources at risk of being demolished, including:

  • DoodleHATCH Interactive Art Museum
  • Maryland Fashion Institute
  • A makerspace used for community education
  • Local restaurants, shops, and service businesses
  • Early childhood education and community programs
  • A 140-foot-long mural created by approximately 100 community members

This isn’t just about losing a fabulous museum. It’s about losing an entire collection of places that people have built, supported, and relied on.

And there’s another possibility!

🌈 Meet The REALM

Lee Andersen, the founder of DoodleHATCH, and her nonprofit ManneqART want to preserve the existing community resources and transform the village center into an arts and culture destination called The REALM.

Imagine a place where artists have studios, children have room to explore, students can learn creative skills, people can attend performances, and local businesses continue serving their neighbors.

There are plans for a performing arts space, more opportunities for artists, and a Witches Kitchen that might serve you a horrible-disgusting breakfast.

Which, personally, I think sounds promising.

The people behind DoodleHATCH are gathering support to oppose the developer’s zoning proposal and advocate for The REALM.

And they’d love your help.

💌 How to help in about two minutes

If you live in Howard County, Maryland

If you’re 18 or older, DoodleHATCH is asking eligible county residents to visit the museum and sign their petition in person.

📍DoodleHATCH Interactive Art Museum

8775 Cloudleap Court, Unit 101
Columbia, MD 21045

⏱️ Museum hours: Friday–Sunday, 10 AM–5 PM.

And while you’re there, I highly recommend exploring the museum. Bring someone who needs a reminder that being an adult doesn’t mean you have to stop enjoying ridiculous things.

If you don't live in Howard County

Hello,

I’m writing in opposition to Columbia Concepts’ proposed redevelopment and zoning amendment for the Long Reach Village Center (ZB 1132M), and in support of The REALM.

I believe communities need places where creativity, imagination, and play are actively encouraged.

DoodleHATCH is an extraordinary example of what can happen when artists and community members are given room to create something that doesn’t fit into an ordinary commercial space.

Places like this are rare. They encourage people of all ages to experiment, learn, explore, and connect with one another.

I support preserving DoodleHATCH, the Maryland Fashion Institute, the existing community resources, and the vision for The REALM.

🐹 Wait. What exactly is DoodleHATCH?

I’m so glad you asked.

DoodleHATCH is an interactive art museum in Columbia, Maryland, created by artist, designer, and professional generator of wildly ambitious ideas, Lee Andersen.

The museum is designed as a pretend department store for mythological creatures, time travelers, and galactic tourists.

There are dozens of installations, and unlike most museums, you’re encouraged to touch things, explore, and participate.

There’s also an artist’s studio full of fabric and handmade garments, workshops, special events, birthday parties, free books, and opportunities for local artists to share their work.

The museum welcomes families and children, but adults are absolutely allowed to enjoy themselves, too.

And the woman behind it has spent decades bringing creativity into the community through fashion, festivals, education, and public art.

I discovered DoodleHATCH in 2020 and loved it so much that I started volunteering.

I’ve been back multiple times, and there are still things I haven’t seen.

That’s part of what makes it special. You can keep discovering things because people keep creating them.

You don't have to live near DoodleHATCH to care about it.

There are Merriment Makers everywhere.

People turning empty buildings into art spaces. People organizing parades. People teaching kids how to sew, paint, dance, or build things. People putting enormous amounts of time into projects that make their communities more interesting.

Sometimes they’re running nonprofits. Sometimes they’re working out of their garages. Sometimes they’re making something weird in a strip mall that you might drive past a hundred times without realizing what’s inside.

I hope you’ll help protect DoodleHATCH.

And I hope you’ll look around your own community, too. Visit the strange little museum. Go to the local art show. Find the person who makes giant puppets or organizes an absurd annual festival. Spend your money at the independent shop with the handmade things.

There are people everywhere creating reasons for us to be curious about being alive.

I’d like them to be able to keep doing that.

Help save DoodleHATCH. Help protect The REALM. Help keep the world interesting.
