Hello my darlings, and Happy Tuesday! I really can’t describe how happy I am when I go outside and feel warm air on my bare shoulders and legs. It’s helping me so much! I’m currently taking the time to get things organized and prepped so I can be a fully-functioning Mary Adult and entrepreneur.
Two announcements this week before the usual. 1) There are 3o colors for you to choose from in the glitter pills section of my shop. They make really fun gifts! If you want something you don’t see (different quantity, color, etc.) let me know! 2) Make sure you check out Letters To Charles, an almost certainly offensive advice column via snail mail.

And since it’s the first happiness post of the month, here are forty extra small pleasures from the past four weeks that may have not made it into previous posts: free queso lighting candles on my altar getting a free Wii “Girl Most Likely”, “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”, + Season 4 of “Bob’s Burgers” on Netflix days when I can hang out with my best friend and my boyfriend at the same time getting chocolate from my dad wearing my dinosaur onesie and new robe interchangeably (or at the same time) loudly slapping my things on the counter as I walked into my dad’s work barefoot and declaring loudly, “I have to pee!” before realizing Headquarters was visiting Joe having to clean up confetti after me with a janitor’s broom while wearing scale patterned spandex being in a situation where I wasn’t the cause for everyone being glittery (i.e. couldn’t be blamed for it) stealing clothes from Joe old Eddie Murphy movies telling the guy at Enterprise that I was a professional tooth fairy and asking them what their hedgehog policy was checking in at a hotel and getting a gift bag the McDonald’s in Bridgeport being like a portal to the past taking my bra off after over 36 hours pizza joints with a Spanish menu, TV, and clientele but Eastern European staff the idea that you can only say “I want to burn this!” upon receiving a gift of a candle and not be dissing the gift hanging out with Britney Girl Dale pimping out my laptop shots that taste like Cherry Coke starting to sell my pills at Analog in DC Tiffany’s mom saying “You don’t chill, you have fun!” to me getting new business cards a little girl asking me if my front yard had leprachauns the idea of a goth Easter Willie giving me a plastic Easter Egg with a pack of Nyquil pills and a health fruit roll-up inside while saying, “I want you to feel like a winner” basements with black lights, disco balls, and bean bags cleaning out my car gorging myself at a friend’s birthday dinner at a Korean BBQ restaurant bank deposits coming out of the bathroom and Joe and Charles asking me why I was laughing in there to which I had to say, “Oh, I pulled down my leggings and a bunch of glitter fell out” remembering that there are delicious delis in a 5 mile radius of my house looking up from working and Joe staring at me cleaning with the windows open decorating, even if it’s only temporary Stephanie’s husband telling me that my art from a show two years ago was something he remembered all this time mermaid body paint beautiful charms from Carly the drastic difference in the way men and women think and process information
