Phew! I can’t believe it’s already July (some thoughts about time and goals). This has been a really rough time for me. Pretty much most of the year until now, actually (read a little more). But I’m focusing on how I want to feel, what I want to create, and what I want to leave behind as much as I can even though I’ve learned this year more than ever that you really just need to have bad days sometimes even bad weeks at a time.

Today I’m going to teach a class on body positivity at Karmafest here in Baltimore and I’m looking forward to hosting my next moon night (Full Moon in Capricorn) on Tuesday.
