Hi! This week has been rough on me personally. I’ve had a hard time getting out of bed. I’m trying to switch routes today and remind myself that I can’t control my environment or other people, and only how I react to things. It’s something I remind other people of all the time because it’s so easy to forget, and I’m living proof of that. We all forget.
