Happy August, my beautiful babes! This week started off with a bang in New York, and yesterday I was so exhausted I didn’t even leave the top floor of my house until 11 PM. Today has been a work day, and after I write this post I’m going to shower and work on checking some more stuff off my Summer Bucket List (a great activity idea list if you’re looking for something to do tonight, too)!
If you’re subscribed to my newsletter, you’ve received four sets of freebies in the past week and a half and I hope you’ve enjoyed them and that they’ve been good insight into what the Uncustomary Babes Membership Group is like! For now, the freebies are over for the newsletter and are going back to just being resources for paid members of the group. But you don’t have to miss out! It’s just $3 a month as of right now, but lock that price in quick, because the price is going up at the end of the week!
There’s so much good to come from being an Uncustomary Babe, and I can’t wait to get started with you! I’ll send you an official membership card, and you’ll get access to the online support group (which is where you’ll get all the awesome resources)! Those resources include meditations, social media images, affirmations, worksheets, challenges, pep talks, journaling prompts, EFT/tapping trainings, Tarot card readings, weekly gratitude reminders, snail mail, and more!
Here’s what I’ve been into lately…
Pictures from last week:
[Extra Sparkle] * Going around like a Full Moon Fairy Godmother when people canceled for our moon gathering because of the weather and delivering goody bags to my favorite local witches * Eating sandwiches in a cemetery with Joe under the full moon in Aquarius (good time for paranormal shit), and SEEING A SPIRIT * Exploring Historic Savage Mills * Going to New York for the first time on my own and meeting Caylee, my penpal from South Africa I “met” ten years ago * Adding more beautiful babes to the Uncustomary Babes Membership Group * Turning the calendar over to August (and Jenn always remembering to text me at midnight on July 31st) * Swimming for two hours in the middle of the night at the Secret Spot and finding pool Noodles and a surfer girl toy to play with * Visiting Enchantments for the first time in person and getting two elixirs I wanted (save on shipping, hell yeah) * Black witch cats * Splurging on a cab after walking 50 blocks in one direction to the Cooper Hewitt museum to see the Saturated exhibit and eating a street falafel in the backseat while the wind whipped through my hair * Giant inflatable flower public art installations * Being inspired to get back into art journaling * Cristen bringing up leftover Chinese food for Joe and I to eat at breakfast (which was really at 4 pm) * Janice sending me another alpaca (named Sheila) to add to my ever-growing alpaca family * Beautiful rainbow bead collections at niche shops * Synchronicity * Tapping exercises that make me yawn and give me headaches because I know they’re working * Hearing my friend’s Top Ten Things lists about July and how many people told me they were grateful I was asking them to stop and write the list because they could really use the positivity in their life right at that moment
