We often talk about the balance between mind, body, and soul, but often leave out the concept of energy. What are you doing on a daily basis to charge up your ENERGY?
I made a list of activity ideas for each of these categories. Keep in mind many of these can charge/balance/stimulate/fulfill multiple (or all!) categories. This is just how I think of them in my head and for this graphic.
Ideally, you want to do something from each category every day to charge you up!
