Welcome back to Supersonic Self-Love! Today I’m talking about how we naturally want to label things as humans, but how these labels can lead to judgments, generalizations, and negative internalized feelings that we carry as burdens we feel we’ve been assigned.
I’m offering you the OPTION to release labels that don’t feel good to you (any longer) with a new perspective on labels. YOU are not your labels!
