My Self-Love Workbooks have been out of stock for far too long, and with the holidays approaching, I’ve been getting a lot of e-mails asking if they would be available for purchase. So I decided to order 30 of them to be printed and sent to me! They should be here on or before December 6th, and from there I can ship out to you ASAP. You can place your order now (and you should, because there are only 30)!
The Self-Love Workbook is a publication I’m very proud of. The idea is it walks you through activities that promote self-love and journaling entries that get you to think deeper about yourself. It alternates daily between a task and a writing prompt (and yes, you can write directly in the book!). The book is structured to take place over a 30-day period, but you can take things as slow as you need to (although I don’t recommend doing more than one prompt a day so you can really focus on it). These self help books can really help you get back in touch with yourself. So why don’t you put down your laptop, close down that new slot game and have a go at rediscovering yourself!
The book is colorful and filled with beautiful photos by the very talented Maura Housley. It’s easy to take with you, spiral bound for easy flipping and documenting, efficient because you will definitely see results after 30 days if you stick to the regime, and it’s friendly to all types of personality types! Whether you’re an extreme extrovert or introvert, you can count on things that will feel both incredibly safe to you as well as things that push you out of your comfort zone.
After you complete all the activities you will be left with feeling higher levels of self-esteem and self-worth, and generally start feeling better about your life, body, and the choices you’re making!
This book can benefit anyone interested in furthering their personal development and loving themselves. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been practicing self-love for years, this book will still help you!
Remember, too, that I’ve suffered from multiple mental illnesses for over two decades, experienced eating disorders and body dysmorphia, had extremely low self-esteem, and definitely know what the dark side looks like. I approach everything with mental health in mind. I know what it’s like to be miserable, and I’ve proven I also know what it’s like to be happy and successful. So please let me help you by sharing my knowledge and experiences with you!
People who have worked with me in the past have said:
“This Self-Love Workbook has the same traits that make all of Uncustomary’s works wonderful: creativity, playfulness, engaging material, well-organized thoughts, and positivity. I am a therapist, and I like using the activities in the workbook with clients to help them practice self-love. The workbook has helped me on a personal level, too, as many of the activities remind me to practice what I preach!”
– Krista V. MA, RDT
“I don’t know if you know how much you have changed my life. You have though.” – Kitty
“Mary is knowledgeable and insightful and provides an amazing value. I had several A-HA! moments during our session that have stayed me with all week. I was surprised at how much ground we were able to cover in so little time. This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a life coach.” – Josh
“I truly believe you are doing a great service for self-love and acceptance. I can’t thank you enough for helping me feel comfortable in the skin I’m in.” – Kate
“I just wanted to thank you for all of these activities, they helped a lot more than I had expected. Your own self-love is kind of contagious. I appreciate the past 7 days and their activities and I appreciate you.” – Latita
“This is a wonderful book (and workbook!) for those who struggle with self-love. Seriously, one of the best books I’ve ever been able to relate to.” – Andrea
