Self-Love Prompts is a series I started after creating a list of 50 self-love writing prompts. People like you select a prompt that speaks to them, work on it, and send me their response so I can share it with you guys!

We’re continuing the series with Kirsty. I’m loving her response to the prompt, “I Forgive Myself For…” Thanks for participating, Kirsty!

I Forgive Myself For... | Uncustomary

I Forgive Myself For…

Hating myself.
Doubting myself.
Staying in an abusive relationship.
Trying to be who I’m not.
Thinking my opinion doesn’t matter.
Walking out on my mum when she needed me most.
I love myself for:

Staying true to what I believe.
Refusing to conform.
Finding my voice!
Being an awesome Mum.
Being determined to find happiness.
My love for dance.
Always pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
Being a person that nice, kind people want to be friends with.
