A few weeks ago, Michelle had the great idea of abandoning art on New Year’s Eve. We decided to make little goodies for people to celebrate New Year’s! Unfortunately, Michelle got sick and wasn’t able to come, but Allison and I had a great time! (We missed you, Michelle!)
We went to a couple different neighborhoods in Baltimore and spread our fun. Allison had put together really cute bouquets complete with party blowers, and I had made little treasure chests. Take a look!

Happily abandoning in Fells Point. Wouldn’t you be excited to find one of these while you were traipsing around in a sparkly tiara?
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
It was fun to walk the streets later and see that our gifts had been picked up. Allison even noticed one of her party blowers on the ground! Party, babe!
I wish this for you.
Last bouquet!
It was a good time, and a great way to kick off our New Year’s Eve! Allison is a really sweet girl, and I look forward to doing more creative things with her. We hope you had a great time last night, and wish you a wonderful 2014!
I had so much fun! I hope I can do more stuff like that this year 🙂
What an absolute joy and perfect timing, for me to be lucky enough to find one of these wonderful treasure boxes. I too am an artist. My studio burned down to the ground recently, making me contemplate whether or not to rebuild. After finding these little gems of inspiration…I have decided to rebuild and carry on in The New Year!
It meant the world to me. Thank You more then you will ever know!
^So cool to see someone’s response!!! And that it meant a lot to them!
What a fun and altruistic way to ring in the new year! I wish you all sorts of butterflies and poprocks too, sweet friend. I wish you fun adventures that result in amazing stories. Bless!
