Hey lovelies. Thank you so much for reading. I wanted to offer another giveaway just because you guys and gals are wonderful. Instead of the usual snail mail surprise package, though, this time you’re entering to win one month of my Monthly Marvels surprise package subscription.
This means that you will receive a surprise package from me, the same way that someone who signed up would.
To enter:
– comment below with your favorite dance move and/or your favorite place to dance
– make sure your e-mail address is accessible within the comment form so I can contact you
– be a follower of Uncustomary Art on Facebook and/or Bloglovin‘
*unfortunately, this giveaway is only applicable to US participants due to expensive shipping costs*
I will select a winner on Thursday, May 8th at 10 pm EST.
[edit] Carly won!
I love to do the bird!! Anywhere there’s music I will dance
Eeee, giveaways are fabulous, just like you! Hmm, such a question about dancing makes me realize I don’t dance much–but gosh, I love twirling. It’s even a fun word!
I love dancing in my car! My favorite dance move is probably the Mashed Potato.
I love to dance in my bedroom. I just do basic moves (like a two-step). Nothing fancy!
I am all about The Hustle! What is not to love about this amazing dance?! Pure joy. Someone put the record on–I’ll do it right now!
I just finished 4 classes of swing dance and my favorite move was called follow in front, where the follower (me) gets to kind of swing around in front of the leader and then walk backwards while the leader walks forwards. It was a lot of fun!
I love to dance where ever the mood strikes (which sometimes embarrasses my bf since it happens ALL THE TIME!)
I’ll dance according to whatever music is playing on the speakers or in my head. I don’t think I can pick a favorite but I think my go-to is a variation of the Cabbage Patch that turns into The Sprinkler! 😀
I WILL DANCE ANYWHERE, ANYTIME. I don’t really know any moves, other than the monster. Which I invented and can’t ever really recreate because it’s different every time. Kinda like how Natalie Portman’s character in Garden State talks about creating a moment that is totally unique and can’t be recreated. That’s how I dance. Amen.
