I’ve always been interested in all types of public art. Even as a child, I would stop to look at stickers, flyers, or spray paint on the ground. A large part of my motivation for doing my own installations is the feeling that I get when I find others’ street art. Knowing that someone took time to create something for my enjoyment makes me really excited and gives me that boost of faith in humanity.
So, I’ve decided to begin a monthly feature where I tour Baltimore and search for street art that I haven’t seen before. This is going to involve me traveling down roads that I haven’t been to yet, so I get to explore, observe, and document all at once! It’s a win-win.
Please enjoy these shots of art I found in my favorite city.
Which is your favorite?
