This is because taking part in a hobby and doing something that you love has a whole range of positive impacts for your body and mind. So, when and where you can, make sure that you spend at least a little of your time participating in a hobby. 

It must be acknowledged that it can sometimes be difficult to find the time to do the things that you love. If this applies to you, then that is completely understandable. Most of us have a lot of different responsibilities that we have to do and a lot of different tasks that we have to complete. So, it is not surprising that a lot of us may feel that we do not have enough time or hours within the day to just relax and chill. However, despite this perception, this is not necessarily true. You can always find some time to spend relaxing, even if it is just for a couple minutes. For example, if your schedule is really tight then you could perhaps wake up 10 minutes earlier everyday so that you can fit at least 10 mins of time to just breathe and relax.
