But what if I told you that you could BE MERRY, Make Merry, and Spread Merriment 365 days a year?

🌲 What does Merriment Making mean?

》Merriment Making is a method of practicing self-love by embodying, creating, and spreading joy in the streets, in sacred spaces, and with special someones using art, fun, and kindness.

🌲 What does Merriment look like for you?

》Merriment can help you connect with your inner child or inspire missions of kindness. It can help your life feel like a rainbow cinematic montage or just more fun than last year. It can strengthen your relationships with yourself, your family, friends, and partners through deeper, playful, value-based connection. Merriment creates opportunities with passion projects and careers by using our emotions of anger, sadness, and fear to inform how to achieve our most exuberant desires. Merriment Making could mean no longer feeling like you’re stuck or settling for less than you deserve.

🌲 How do I get there?

》I know what you’re thinking: “That sounds nice and all, BUT…” You may be asking yourself, “How do I get to a place where being Merry makes sense to me, and I can actually fit it into my life?

That’s where Uncustomary comes in.

Uncustomary and the Merriment Makers Membership is all about shifting your mindset to practical optimism, evolving your fears, and creating a relationship with your inner child so that you can fall head over heels in love with YOUR life.

Making Merriment isn’t natural for me and Mary brings it out of me with a mix of practical actions and whimsy. Her gatherings are always safe and comfortable spaces where I’ve laughed until I cried and cried until I healed. I look forward to the Merriment Mail and her regular reminders of fun events hosted by her and available throughout the city. I can’t recommend enough joining in on the Merriment Making.”[/pextestim]

[pextestim pex_attr_name=”Julia” pex_attr_img=”https://uncustomary.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/unnamed.jpg” pex_attr_parallax=”disabled”]”The Merriment Makers group is an exuberance of light, love, and creativity, with a refreshing dose of reality and practicality. Mary gives us a literal rainbow of thoughts, ideas, courses, and strategies to bring more positivity, color, lightness, and self-understanding into our lives. Mary is genuinely interested in our needs, and the group itself reflects that same genuine interest. Being a part of this group has been a delight and I am so looking forward to following where Uncustomary leads us!

Being a part of this group is a joy and a privilege (even if I’m somewhat of a lurker – even a drop of goodness is worth the membership!)”[/pextestim]

[pextestim pex_attr_name=”Jenn” pex_attr_img=”https://uncustomary.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/unnamed-1.jpg” pex_attr_parallax=”disabled”]”I can’t sing Uncustomary’s praises enough! I stumbled across her website while looking for tools to boost my self-care (It and my self-esteem had taken a nosedive) Flash forward two and a half years, I’m catching up with a close friend over dinner and she paused mid conversation to make an observation. ‘You really look good…You look happy, and I think it’s because you’ve become more genuine to your true self.’ She was right, and I credit a large part of that growth and overall happiness to Uncustomary.

Mary knows her stuff. Period. Let me add that I am a mental health counselor — so, I do not make that statement lightly. Uncustomary is the perfect balance of fun, education, and support. And, if there isn’t already an Uncustomary article or tool for what you’re dealing with, Mary can create one. She is such a real, kind, personable being! I am a member and loving every bit of it. It’s one of the best, and most reasonable investments I have made for myself since joining Uncustomary two and a half years ago! I’m excited to see where she goes next.”[/pextestim]
