Hi! How are you, beautiful? This past week I celebrated Halloween, went to the last Creative Mornings in Baltimore for 2019, walked around the Book Festival, went to the World Oddities Festival, saw Jenny Slate on her book tour, and have been reorganizing and cleaning like the Virgo Moon I am. See below for more details on this great week, like a personal interaction with Jenny Slate, the dog that came back that we thought left forever that is always a good omen to us, and an amazing Ted Talk with Liz Gilbert that’s like 10 years old, but if you haven’t seen it you should. What have you been up to lately?

Make sure you check out these posts:

Here’s what I’ve been into lately…

THE MIRACLE OF THE DOG IN THE WINDOW RETURNING — they had MOVED! I can only imagine that they got to the new house and the dog was unsatisfied with their new window and they were like well screw it we’re gonna lose our deposit, but the dog comes first.

Extra Sparkle: * Watching Jenny Slate’s new Netflix special (so incredibly honest), seeing that she was starting her book tour the next day in DC, getting a ticket and going, and being very disappointed she didn’t do a signing or pre-sign the books in advance, so I tweeted at her and she tweeted back very sweetly apologizing and offered to send me a letter for me to insert into the book! And now she is posting all these Instagram Stories of her doing book signings and I like to think I planted that seed <3 * A free light up Jack-O-Lantern ring * Lots of ideas for content * Seth Rogen * Wearing goddess pheromones * Driving past the National Monument at night * Hanging out with Lola * Wearing Dracula fangs with Joe * Seeing that my favorite squirrel, Jack, is back! * Doing yoga, walks, and workouts in all pink outfits * Watching a rainbow candle slowly drip wax * Hanging up inspiring SARK posters in my office * Eating a green brownie out a cauldron mug * Packing up Halloween and transitioning back into Autumn decorations * Dancing to Rilo Kiley in the personal development section of the book store * Sending Joe cryptic messages about where I was in Target like he was on the mission for the holy grail * Realizing Wolfenoot is right around the corner! * Downsizing my closet for a plus size clothing swap * Google Home messaging me asking me to elaborate on how when I yell “Crikey” into my Google Home it didn’t ever respond but I have now done it so much that it now responds with random facts about Steve Irwin, and I just told them “No, I love it.”
