I've been driving around to scout out the most fab

I've been driving around to scout out the most fabulous Halloween House Decorations in Maryland and surrounding states for over a decade. 🚗👀

I have found some pretty incredible ones. There are so many angles, themes, and levels of meticulousness the creators can take. 🎃

So when I say I found the most interesting one, I mean it. 💀

It's called the Restless Souls Cemetery, located in Pasadena, MD. 🪦

I found this one using Fright Maps 🗺️ (a wonderful app for finding Halloween decor and attractions). @frightmaps

The whole backyard is transformed into smaller experiences. 🏠 He uses different sheds to create different themed houses.

And the level of innovating with each piece is incredible. ❣️ He handmade so many of the pieces, but he also altered many. Skeleton spinning a basketball on his bony finger? 🏀Don't see that anywhere else!

Afterwards, I told the creator, Dan (who is the sweetest man), I could see the influence of the Disney Haunted Mansion. 🔮 He was so happy to hear how much I noticed and how much I enjoyed all the details.

They hand out candy and do a while hootenanny on Halloween. 🍬

The location is down a side street and parking can be tricky, but it's absolutely worth it. 🅿️

They're only open again on Halloween Weekend, so look into the hours before you go. 🗓️
