I don’t build work around job titles (although I h I don’t build work around job titles (although I have to admit that I like the one I made up for myself: Merriment Maker).

I build it around conversations, ideas, and shared moments that actually do something to/for people. 🗣️

My career has been shaped by curiosity 🐇, pattern-noticing 🔍, and a deep willingness to pivot the moment something stops feeling true in my body.

If it gets stale, beige, or hollow… I’m out. 🚪

I like bringing beauty, play, and color 🌈 into practical spaces.

I like when work feels good to make and good to pass along. 🎨🤲

If it doesn’t create relief, warmth, or a small internal exhale… I’m not interested.

The roles I naturally step into look like:

🌱 guide

🎤 translator

🪟 window-opener

🫧 vibe-shifter

Sometimes that change happens in one quiet conversation.

Sometimes it ripples through a whole community.

Both count. 💛🌍
🤞 I’m feeling really lucky that lately I have been 🤞 I’m feeling really lucky that lately I have been reconnecting with friends I’ve been out of touch with for a while, and coming back together has been one the most healing things in my life. 🫶

I love being around fully evolved adults who... 💜 know what makes them happy and 💜 what their boundaries are. 

When they’re🔹tired, 🔹sick, 🔹full, 🔹in need, or 🔹what they can offer. Checking in to see if people are alright, and also letting people go off on their own. 🕊️

💜 When someone needs something you step up and take care of it if you can. 💜 Getting happy about what makes the people around THEM happy even if they have zero interest in it. That’s love and celebration. 🎉 

In the same group of friends, the thing that can make one person happy is taking pictures of everything and anything. And another person cannot ever want to take a picture of be in one. 

And instead of being frustrated, you just let each other be. You just work with it. Not around it. There’s room for both worlds. 🌍

Some people don’t want to have attention brought to them, and instead of insisting that the way we are going to show you love on your birthday is to make a huge deal 👑🎶 and sing to you because that’s what WE would want... the way we show love 🎁 is by RESPECTING your wishes. 

There can be a subtle delicious dessert without a crowd. 🎂 And if that’s what YOU want? It’s your party, and we’ll make it happen. 

Mature and fun. Have both. 

There has not been ONE time that I’ve been with this group where I couldn’t use the entire night as an example of the aforementioned traits being fully expressed. 💐

Nothing is “wrong” with you.

A few gentle reminders for this season:

🌈 Color still counts (yes, even in January)
🧶 Winter hobbies give your brain something to look forward to
👯‍♀️ Isolation can sneak up as “self-care”
☀️ Sunlight = medicine (even in tiny doses)
🕯️ Structure can be soothing, not restrictive

🌀 This is a season, and seasons end

And (important note) SAD deserves real support 🩺💛

Therapy, medical care, and professional help always come first.
What I share is meant to support you, not replace that care.
