Baltimore may not be the biggest, safest, or richest city, but we have some pretty excellent street art. Every once in a while, I share some photos I take while I’m out driving around Charm City. Most of them are murals and graffiti, but as a guerrilla artist, I obviously keep my eye out for three dimensional installations and smaller efforts like yarnbombs and flyers. There are plenty of other street art tours to check out if this one sparks your interest.

Which one of these pieces of Baltimore street art is your favorite?
Mary,
I wrote you an email, but just saw the comment section and figured it might be easier to reach you here. My name is Brandon Eversgerd and I am writing a short blog post for the Architecture firm I work for that is looking into redesigning the façade of a parking garage here in downtown St. Louis. I came across your picture of some street art in Baltimore (captioned “A giant, colorful mural near the start/end of I-83”) in your blog above and used it to “reimagine” this garage. I was just wondering if I could get your permission to use that image for this new parking garage design. This blog post is just for fun and there is no actual redesign happening, but just a fun little side opportunity I was exploring. I’d be happy to email you the parking garage image if you’d like.
Please let me know, thank you,
E-mail is always better. 🙂 I already replied! Thanks!
