Hey! I shared last week that things hadn’t been super great, but I’m turning it around! And that’s such a key to lasting happiness and practicing self love. I finally made progress writing my book, and I’ve been spending my time in a much more productive, meaningful way lately. Thank you so much for your support and kind words while I worked through my stuff! And always being so wonderful when I get (even more) real with you.
Speaking of real, did you check out the “My Swimsuit Style” post from yesterday? It’s not too late to jump on board and participate! Love your body, love yourself.
I kind of can’t believe that my birthday is this Sunday. It snuck up on me in a way it doesn’t usually, and I think it’s because I’m scared! Twenty-seven seems like a very real adult age, where fucking up isn’t super cute anymore. I’m in the middle of my Saturn Return, and things are starting to seem very real to me, where I’m much more aware of my decisions and their consequences. Don’t get me wrong, I know in the grand scheme of things I’m still very young! I don’t mean to imply otherwise. I just want to start making more things happen for myself, and realize that I’m totally in control of my destiny.
While we’re on the subject of my birthday, I’d really love to get to 2,000 likes on Facebook by Sunday. It doesn’t look like that’s likely at this rate, but any shares, likes, or word of mouth recommendations would make me very happy.
