I’m so excited to team up with Sugar Bear Hair!

Sugar Bear Hair Vitamins | Uncustomary

These gummy bears are hands down the most delicious tasting and smelling vitamins I’ve ever had.

I literally have to restrict myself to only having a certain number every day! Getting healthier hair never tasted so yummy.

MISTI!!! She’s back to talk about hard hitting sci MISTI!!! She’s back to talk about hard hitting science and psychology in a way that’s relatable.

⚗️ I love scientific studies because it’s a way to get people who are on the fence about the “pseudoscience”, “woo woo”, “new-age”-y-ness of self-love and psychology to rethink what’s going on!

When we present studies ⚛️ with reliability and validity, it becomes more difficult to dispute the results or facts.

🧐 TL;DR: If you want to reduce symptoms of social anxiety and seasonal affective disorder (and a bunch of other things) be KIND to yourself!

February can bring up more than we expect…
Even when nothing is “wrong.” 💔

So I’m hosting a four-week live series inside Positive Pulse called 📣 Tuesday Tapping: A Self-Love Series.

Every Tuesday evening in February, we’ll meet live for 30 minutes: ⤵️

💖 15 minutes of grounding context and perspective
💖 15 minutes of guided EFT (tapping)

The focus is building safety, consistency, expression, and forward motion 🔐♾️🦹🏻🚀 in a way your nervous system can actually work with.

You can attend live or watch the replays. 📽️
No tapping experience required. 👆
Cameras always optional. 🤳

💛 Positive Pulse is just 89¢ a month

2016... I didn’t just make you a carousel. I made 2016...

I didn’t just make you a carousel. I made a full hour long podcast episode 🎤 about that year giving you context TO the carousel.

🩷 Published my first book
🧡 Flew internationally for the first time and spoke at NF symposium
💛 Rented a party bus for my birthday
💚 Did my first monochrome wall outfit series
💙 Started the Uncustomary Babes Facebook Group (which would turn into the Merriment Makers)
💜 Started my podcast
🩷 Started my YouTube channel
🧡 Survived a car accident and used my inheritance money to buy a used car (still have that car!)
💛 Started taking monthly photos with Maura and rented a studio
💚 Began working with We Love Colors
💙 Got down the rabbit hole of burner culture

This is the literal highlight reel. 🎙️ The podcast is aggressively honest.

The word “weird” was originally “wyrd”. The origi The word “weird” was originally “wyrd”.

The origin meant destiny and fate.

There were three goddesses that controlled destiny (Fates, Parcae, and Norns), and they were referred to as the three weird sisters.

When they started performing theater (like Macbeth), these three goddesses were portrayed in an odd and spooky way. They were witches.

What I take from this is:

1) Being weird is part of your mission on earth. We need it.

2) Being weird is paying homage to the witches and others who have been burned before us because while individuals are smart, people are primordial and we attack what we don’t understand.
