Every month, I share street art I’ve found in the city. Sometimes the art is new to Baltimore, but sometimes it’s just new to me. Enjoy a mini tour around Charm City in the way of public art.
Murals made of spray paint
Metal gates made to be beautiful
Colorful sides of buildings
Re-claiming abandoned space by turning it into a happier experience
Dinosaurs made of metal in an empty field
Murals for Open Walls *
Whimsical scenes
Banksy-esque
Overgrown installations
Mermaids
Googly eyes in Graffiti Alley
* This mural is bittersweet for me. I love Open Walls and how bright this new piece is, but it covered up one of my favorite murals in the city which said “Random Acts Of Kindness”. I have to remind myself that all street art is temporary in varying degrees, and at least I have lots of pictures of the old one.
Which piece from this month is your favorite?
