You don’t have to care about EVERYTHING. If we al You don’t have to care about EVERYTHING. If we all care about the thing that YOU care about DEEPLY and take ACTION on it to create change we will do our jobs. Don’t spread your mind and actions too thin. It’s impossible to worry about EVERY issue. Focus on one thing. Give as much as you can to that thing. Make movement. Figure out how you create ripples. Are you micro? Mezzo? Macro? Show up. Messily. Document it. Change what doesn’t work. Repeat what does. Invite others. Don’t be offended when people the don’t care. Find ways to make it fun. Be willing to be wrong. To learn. Evolve. Leave when you’re ready. Do the next thing. Or stay in that world forever. It’s up to you. Just don’t feel pressured to change everything that hurts at once. In your own life or in the world. It’s harder to be effective when we’re multitasking.
