Just another yarnbombing that I want to document and share. This is a parking meter in Mount Vernon.
When I was sewing it on, a woman walked by and told me it was cute. Then she asked me if I went to “this school”. The school that’s nearby is MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art). I told her no but thanked her. Everything I installed that day received a pleasant comment. I love those interactions.
