Hi! Happy October! It’s my first Weekly Happiness post/check in on here since Halloween Month. I’ve been pretty active on Instagram, though, so don’t forget to check in there! Halloween month is my favorite, and I’ve been getting really spooky with it already and we still have 20 days left! (And then all of Autumn!) Do you love Halloween as much as me?

If you missed it, ALL of October, you can join the Uncustomary Babes Membership group for a one time trial fee of JUST THREE DOLLARS! Whether you’re international or not. Seriously. Just $3. And that includes me mailing you your membership card, mailing you Happy Halloween Mail, and getting immediate access to the TONS of digital resources on Facebook and/or Teachable, whatever you like! SO many people have taken me up on this offer, and I’m really happy about it!

Honestly, I’ve realized how cumbersome being broke is this year more than ever, and it shouldn’t prevent you from accessing services that can make you feel better, and further your self-love journey and personal development. So I’m trying to support and spoil you this month. You can still take advantage of the promotion, but know that it ends on October 31st, no matter WHEN you join. So the earlier you sign up, the longer you have access to the resources! You can get all the information about the promotion and sign up for it on this page.

Since I last wrote, I’ve been doing some more adventuring and getting out of my funk. It’s been really great. I went to DC for the day and visited the Renwick Gallery and saw some great murals. I went to a local festival in a neighborhood here called Pigtown and met some really cool people, one of which even invited us in their house to party! I went to my first Creative Mornings event here in Baltimore (they are ALL over the country you should check them out!), and had a great time and already have the next two on my calendar. I saw David London perform his one night of Victorian Magic at the Evergreen Museum. I drove to Pennsylvania for a Fall Festival, mined for treasure and gems, fed goats and alpacas, and saw amazing crafts. I drove through Harrisburg, PA and saw some amazing murals and wore my unicorn and panda masks. I checked out an oddities store in York, PA. It’s been a lot of fun and adventures.

I have so much to catch up on in my inbox, to do list, and life it’s kind of insane but I’m not letting myself feel overwhelmed. I am chunking things and getting things done as I can without sacrificing my mental or physical health. I’m trying to remember no one is going to die if I don’t respond to their email, and I’m trying to prioritize things in order of urgency and energy exchange. Other than that, I’m trying to fill my day with fun and productivity in a way that feels good to me. And that’s all I can do.

September was not a month I’m interested in repeating. Despite still being able to use Micromovements to work 27 hours on my goals in small increments, it was one of the worst months of my entire life. I’ve written about that more on Instagram if you’re interested. But this is a Happiness post, and my point is that I’m looking forward to making October FUN while getting back on track at the same time. What have YOU been up to?!

Here’s what I’ve been into lately…
