Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of positive psychology combined with acupressure to release negative emotional blockages and work through issues in a positive way while connecting with your physical body.

EFT Sessions are something that I usually exclusively offer to my Membership Group, the Uncustomary Babes. This session works on the compulsion we have to apologize for things we in no way need to be sorry for, and how what we really should be doing is expressing gratitude. For example, instead of saying, “I’m sorry for talking so much”, saying, “Thank you for listening to me, I appreciate your time”.
